History

Mas Jofre is a piece of history in every detail. Every corner evokes the original essence of the house in harmony with the finishes and comfort of contemporary design. Set in the heart of the Empordanet, surrounded by fields and nature, Mas Jofre is a fully restored 16th-century farmhouse that retains the character of the great rural houses of the Empordà plain. Its architecture preserves the era's most distinctive features, including a square defence tower accessed from within the house, a testament to a past closely tied to the history of the region.

Location

The estate enjoys a privileged location: just five minutes from Platja de Pals, very close to the medieval town of Pals, with easy access to Girona, Barcelona and the French border. A setting where the calm of the fields meets the nearby sea, heritage and gastronomy that have made the Empordà one of the most distinctive corners of the Mediterranean.

Today

Today, Mas Jofre is made up of two independent houses within the same estate. El Mas has four suites and a quadruple room in the tower, with capacity for twelve people. La Pahissa offers four additional suites with capacity for eight people. The entire property is booked exclusively for each group, ensuring privacy, tranquillity and an uninterrupted shared experience.

It's the ideal space for celebrating family gatherings, getaways with friends, corporate stays or wellness retreats. It also has the facilities needed to host meetings, presentations, work sessions, team-building activities or photo and video productions.
